1. DELIVERY POLICY (Shipping / delivery process)

Delivery Time
Your orders will be delivered to courier within an average of 3 business days after payment confirmation. (Excluding weekdays and public holidays.) Delivery times may vary depending on the city where the delivery address is located and the frequency of the courier company.

Shipping Fee
Shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page before ordering. Free shipping may be applied to promotions or certain cart amounts.

Check at the Time of Delivery
Please inspect the package in the presence of the courier. If you detect any physical damage, breakage, dents, etc., please file a report and return the product to the courier without accepting delivery. Contact us. Responsibility for damaged products lies not with the courier company, but with the seller, not with the courier. Therefore, the report is crucial.

Wrong/Incomplete Product Shipment
In case of missing parts, wrong product or wrong model shipment, please contact us and we will send you the correct product without any additional shipping fee.

2. RETURN / WITHDRAWAL POLICY

14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify us in writing (via e-mail) within this period.

How Does the Return Process Work?

  1. Send us your “right of withdrawal” request by e-mail (including your order number).

  2. Send the product back to us with its original packaging and original invoice.

  3. The total amount you paid will be refunded to you within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. The refund will be made to the same payment method you used (if it was a credit card, to the same card).

  4. When returning the product to us, the buyer is responsible for packaging the product securely.

Product Return Time
After you have notified us of your right of withdrawal, you must send the product back within 10 days at the latest.

Used / Opened Product Returns
During the withdrawal period, merely testing the product to a reasonable extent in accordance with its functionality, technical specifications, and instructions for use does not eliminate your right of return. In other words, simply opening and testing the product to determine its functionality does not, in itself, eliminate your right of withdrawal. However, the consumer may be liable for damage and loss of value beyond normal use. https://ticaret.gov.tr

Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply (Exceptions)
In the following cases, the right of withdrawal may be limited or not applied as required by legislation:

  • Products that are specifically produced or personalized in line with the consumer's request or personal needs (e.g., devices with special software configurations, cable lengths/installations specially modified for the customer, etc.)
  • Products that require technical competence to be dismantled after being technically installed and that require intervention for security reasons, if the product is configured specifically for the customer.
  • Single-use products that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons (if they are not in our product range, you can remove them).

Note: These exceptions do not apply in case of defective/malfunction of the product; the consumer reserves the right to return/exchange the defective product (defective product has a separate legal status).

Warranty and Technical Support
If your electrical/electronic product experiences a manufacturing defect, requests for free repair, replacement, or refund within the legal warranty period, effective from the date of purchase, are subject to the Consumer Protection Law. This is a "defective goods" procedure and is independent of the right of withdrawal.
